Shipping Policy

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

We primarily use SF Express for local deliveries within Hong Kong.

For orders of HKD 1,000 or more:
Free shipping delivered within Hong Kong.

For orders under HKD 1,000:
A shipping fee will be applied, calculated based on the weight of the order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, primarily using Hong Kong Post (Speed Post), which provides a cost-effective shipping option from Hong Kong.

Shipping fees vary depending on the weight and size of the order and are calculated at checkout.

If you prefer to use a different courier, such as FedEx or DHL, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please note that this may incur additional costs, which will be calculated based on the courier’s rates. Feel free to contact us for assistance with this option.

Destination Not Listed:
If your desired shipping destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an overseas customer accidentally selects a Hong Kong address during checkout and does not pay the applicable shipping fee, we will review the order, recalculate the shipping fee, and send an invoice for the additional amount before shipping.

If you decide not to proceed with the additional shipping fee, we can process a refund. However, please note that PayPal charges a handling fee for any payment, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refunded amount will be the original order total minus the PayPal handling fee.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the item(s) are eligible, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange. If an exchange is not acceptable, we will process a refund as a final resort.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and, if possible, photographs of the damaged item. This information helps us assess the situation more accurately and respond promptly.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
