The Pelikan M405 Stresemann features a sleek anthracite-striped barrel made of cellulose acetate using a traditional and highly labor-intensive process. The black/gray delicate components are crafted from high-quality resin. The clip and rings are plated with palladium. The nib is made of 14-carat gold and then completely rhodinized to achieve a silver sheen.
Pelikan M405 Stresemann外觀簡潔的煤黑條紋筆身是由纖維素醋酸鹽製成的，採用傳統的極其費時費工的工藝。對於黑色/灰色的精細部件，使用了高品質的樹脂。夾子和環鍍有鈀。筆尖由14克拉金製成，然後完全鍍銠以獲得銀色光澤。
